Ted Duane Love

Ted Love, 79, of Goliad passed away Thurs. Aug. 23, 2018. He was born Aug. 30, 1938 in Shawnee Ok to the late William and Virgie Knight Love. He served four years in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Composite Lodge #107 in Shawnee, Ok since 1962 and Al Amin Shrine Temple of Corpus Christi. Ted was the owner of Love Oil Tools in Corpus Christi, rancher and a good friend.

He is survived by his wife Betty J. Love of Goliad, daughter Pam Love of Spring, TX, step-daughters Kathy (Joseph) Uyvari of Emory, TX, Sherry (Jay) Urich of Victoria, TX and granddaughter Mia Love of Dallas, TX.

He is preceded in death by his son Matt Love.

Memorial service 11 am Saturday September 1, 2018 at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Weesatche, TX with Rev. Kevin Karnei presiding.  A private interment will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank the ICU staff at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, Dr. Lucero, Dr. Ulmer, ICU nurses Elizabeth, Amanda, Sarah and Ceasar for their loving care.
