Antonio Guerrero Jr.

Antonio Guerrero Jr., 83, of Yorktown, passed away Sat., Sept. 19, 2020. He was born Oct. 30, 1936 in Cotton Patch to Romula Guerrero Chavana and raised by his grandfather, the late Antonio Guerrero Sr.

He is survived by daughters Sonia (Adolfo) Herrera of Kyle, Elsa Guerrero of Austin, Anna (Manny) Ruiz of Leander, Dora Guerrero, Theresa Guerrero of Kyle, sons Antonio Guerrero Jr. of Yorktown, Martin (Gloria) Guerrero of Yorktown and Fabian Guerrero of Luling. Antonio is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Minerva Salinas Guerrero, sisters Ophelia Guerrero, and Guadalupe Marin, brothers Frank “Pancho” Reyna, and Baldemar Guerrero.

Visitation will be 4-6 pm Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Massey Funeral Home with Rosary following at 6 pm. Mass will be 10 am Monday, September 28, 2020 at San Luis Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Luis Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Guerrero, David Guerrero, Martin Guerrero Jr., Fabian Guerrero II, Martin Guerrero III and Jose Jalamos Jr.

Memorials may be given to San Luis Catholic Church or Donor’s Choice.
