Barbara Ann (Koopmann) Thedin

Barbara Ann Thedin, 79, of Mission Valley passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026.  She was born May 14, 1947 in Cuero, Texas to Adolph and Sophie Kenne Koopmann. Barbara married Craig Thedin on September 19, 1969 at St. Paul Lutheran church in Yorktown.

 She is survived by her husband Craig Thedin, of Mission Valley, daughter Lori (Jason) Collins, of Goliad and grandson Conner Collins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Sophie Koopmann.

Visitation will be 9 am-10 am Saturday September 5, 2026 at Massey Funeral Home.  Funeral service will follow at 10 am with Rev. Chip Reynolds officiating.  Interment will follow at Westside Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Thedin, Kirby Jalufka, John Koopmann, Walter Kooopmann, Aaron Koopmann and Ralph Koopmann.

Memorials can be given to First English Lutheran Church in Victoria.
