Douglas Wayne Turner

Douglas Turner, 79, of Nordheim passed away Tues. June 26, 2018. He was born Dec. 3, 1938 in San Antonio to the late Walter and Ester Wagener Turner. Douglas enjoyed fishing and tried his hand in gardening.

He is survived by his son Toby Turner, daughter Yvonne Turner and brother Freddie Turner. . He is also survived by his grandchildren Marcus Turner, Nathan Turner, Chad Speers, Michael Speers, Jeremy Ramirez and great grandchildren Chad, Jaden and Chloe Speers.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Kenneth Turner.

Visitation 5-7 pm Thurs. June 28, 2018 at Massey Funeral Home. Funeral service 2 pm Fri. June 29, 2018 at Massey Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Runge Cemetery in Runge, Texas.

Memorials may be given to Nordheim Fire Department or donor’s choice.
