Elisa Soliz

Elisa Soliz, 85, of Nordheim passed away Thurs. June 14, 2018. She was born Sept. 17, 1932 in Ecleto, TX     to the late Tomas and Maria Martinez Guerrero. On Jan. 12, 1952 she married Alejandro Soliz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and sisters and her husband of 58 years.

She is survived by daughters Oralia (Gonzalo) Martinez, Mary (Vincent) Villarreal, Irene Bullock, Diana (Modesto) Perez, Eva (Luis) Lopez and Alice (Jose) Faz; sons Alex (Clara) Soliz Jr., George (Dianna) Soliz, Juan Soliz and Ruben (Diana) Soliz; sisters Susie Ramirez, Eugenia Guerreo and Rosa Ortega; 48 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren.

Visitation 5-7 pm Sunday June 17, 2018 with Rosary at 7 pm at Massey Funeral Home. Funeral Mass 2 pm Monday June 18, 2018 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment to follow at St. Ann’s Cemetery in Nordheim.

Memorials may be given to American Diabetes Association or donor’s choice.
