Juan Jose Herrera

Juan Jose (Johnny) Herrera, 66, of Robstown, TX passed away Friday, October 11, 2024. He was born March 1, 1958 in Corpus Christi, TX to Maria Garza. Juan worked at Sam Kane as a butcher for many years and later moved to Yorktown, TX. He loved to cook, dance, helping others and spending time with family.

He is survived by his wife Rosario B. Herrera, children Johnny Jr., Norma, Rudy and Natasha Herrera all of Corpus Christi. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great grandchild on the way, brothers Roel (Mary) Ortega of Robstown, Edward (Selena) Garza of Corpus Christi and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother Maria Herrera Garza, sister Dolres Tellez and grandmother Julia Martinez.

Visitation 5-7 pm Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Massey Funeral Home. Funeral service 10 am Friday, October 18, 2024 at Massey Funeral Home.
