Rosemary Fonseca

Rosemary Fonseca, 66, of Georgetown peacefully went into the arms of the Lord on Thurs. March 25, 2021. She was born July 5, 1954 in Yorktown, Texas to the late Jose and Sobeida Ochoa Fonseca. Rosemary enjoyed numerous hours tending to her garden and spending time caring and nurturing her grandchildren. She loved preparing holiday meals, old movies, music and most importantly spending time with her children and grandchildren. She attended Shoreline Church and rejoiced in praise and worship.

She is survived by her children Chris Pena, Jennifer (Jake) Pena Grohman, Stephen Lopez, Casey (Rachelle) Lopez, Stacy (Ariel Salazar) Lopez, grandchildren Chris Pena Jr, Miranda Pena, Nicholas Pena, Hunter Lopez, Remy Lopez, Augustine Joseph Grohman, Sobeida Cruz Grohman, Gabriella Alanna Artiaga, brothers Joe Fonseca Jr, Alex (Rosie) Fonseca, Armando Fonseca, Norman Fonseca, sisters, Maria Guillen, Gloria Chavez, Viola (Fidel) Perez and Belinda Fonseca.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents and brother Richard Fonseca.

Visitation will be 9-10 am Saturday, April 24, 2021 with funeral service at 10 am at Massey Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Yorktown Community Cemetery. Reception to follow at Yorktown Fire Station.
