To all the dear family members of Robert Mendez : Please accept my most heartfelt condolences to all of you. Robert was a fine and kind person. Love for family members, friends, and the people of Yorktown was most evident in his life. Images remain of the joy and pride on his face as he escorted each of you, Brandie, Brittany, and , just recently, Brooke, down the aisles on your wedding days, with a smile of welcome to each of his new family members—your spouses. He will certainly be missed by all. May the love of family and friends comfort all of you during this difficult time and may God bless you not only with fond memories of, but with bountiful thanks, for his life and special times with each of you. I , too, remain grateful for his life well –lived, even though all too short. With love , prayers, and thanksgiving , Kay Mueller and family.

To my family, I know that words will never console your hearts during this time, but know that the promise of God will reunite us all one day. Bobby was an amazing man and has left a legacy of love with in his family, his friends and all he encountered. Though we are not able to be with you during this time, know that we are grieving his loss, praying for all of you and are with you in thought and spirit. We love you all.
